- Transferable, life-time warranty on our u-PVC vinyl frames and sashes against defects in workmanship and material
- Double sealed thermo pane glass units have a 10 – year warranty on the seal
- Hardware is warranted against defects in workmanship and material for a period of 15 years
- Our professional installation is warranted for 15 years
- This warranty applies to products that have experienced normal use and service and provides 100% coverage on materials and labour.
This is not a pro-rated warranty.
Manufacture
Being the manufacturer provides us with a great deal of quality control and production flexibility.
All manufacturing operations are completed by our staff in our Eganville factory under strict quality standards. Every window or door is custom manufactured to suit the needs of each Client.
Our experienced production staff take great pride in creating products that will last a lifetime. We have a solid reputation for high quality products and exceptional Customer service.
Installation
Our skilled installers ensure that your high quality custom windows function perfectly, are draft-free and professionally finished in new or existing buildings.
Typically,we completely remove existing window frames to check for any rotten wood that has to be replaced and to ensure that proper wall insulation exists. After the opening is prepared, we install your new custom built windows. Each window is then insulated and sealed. The outside is typically capped with aluminum for a maintenance free finish and wood trim is applied on the inside. Whether we are replacing old windows or creating a new opening, we keep your home tidy and clean.
For older or heritage style homes, where you would like to preserve the existing woodwork, we custom fit windows into existing frames.
