FD27 Bi-Folding Door

Door Material: Ultraviolet (UV) protected uPVC.
Exterior: uPVC – 2700 Series.
Colours Available: Black, Desert Sand, and White.
Building Code Compliance: NAFS 08: Pass PG30.
Thermal Performance:
– Dual Glaze: U-value 1.41–1.64.
– Triple Glaze: U-value 1.13–1.28.

FD72 Folding Door

Door Material: T-6063 Aluminum with a 28 mm Polyamide thermal break.
Colours Available: Standard Black and Bone-White powder coat; custom options are available at extra cost.
Building Code Compliance: NAFS 08: Pass PG40.
Thermal Performance:
– Dual Glaze: U-value 1.68–1.92.
– Triple Glaze: U-value 1.39–1.59.

FD73 Folding and Bi-Folding Door

Exterior Finish: AAMA 2604 Powder coat; optional anodized finish.
Interior: Vertical grain Douglas Fir with custom stain options.
Building Code Compliance: NAFS 08: Pass PG35.
Thermal Performance:
– Dual Glaze: U-value 1.63–1.86.
– Triple Glaze: U-value 1.35–1.51.

Bi-folding and Folding Door Warranty

Workmanship and Materials: 10 years.
Insulated Glass Units: 20-year limited warranty against seal failure.
Exterior Finish: 10-year limited warranty.
Hardware: 5 years on locks and handles.
